Originally from New York and Connecticut, Jessica understands the excitement—and challenges—of relocating and building a life in a new place. Jessica Schulman's husband, Michael Kacer is a retired, Veteran. She knows what additional concerns and circumstances arise when relocation is on the table. She is able to assist military familes on a personal level to ensure that she can continue caring for her military community. Michael, is on Team USA for the Paralympics on target to represent and bring the GOLD for USA in 2028. Her two daughters are Jordyn, 4 and Elliana 1.
